Mine were up at 4am and refused to go back to bed... :wacko:

eldest at 6.45 to make sure we didn't sleeep in ! the othes at 7.30 ish - very civilised this year got a cup of coffee in before the jamboreee started :wacko: :wacko:

We were up before them, about 6.

 

Last year we told the eldest to not come into our room without 2 cups of tea. She came in at 4:30, but at least she did the tea.

Well...gone through 28 batteries, undone numerous plastic ties..(gawd i hate those)..Have a mountain of empty cardboard boxes...and the kids are happy :lol:

 

Best toys the kids like..number 3 of 4 loves her black and decker work bench!..youngest loves her remote controlled car...eldest loves all the make up shes recieved and number 2 of 4..loves his tattoo pen! :) .

Am sure it will all change throughout the day :wacko:

All up at 8:20, one present each then breakfast. All opened now (apart from the suprise one after lunch) paper everywhere :lol:

 

Boys favorite so far are the Sonic Screwdrivers, Sarah's virtual pet is her best one.

 

I agree about the clips and ties. :wacko:

 

Right then,what's for lunch? is it Chicken or Turkey? We've got Chicken. Then "Hungry Hippos" and the Superman jigsaw! :wacko:

lol, i was forced out of bed by my dad at 9:15am :wacko:

 

im surprised how excited my bro was, hes 15 and acts like a big man (10 men!), but roll around xmas day and hes like a 6 yr old!

Kids woke at 6am - reasonable for a 16/14 year olds :lol: Wife woke at 4am :wacko: she is still young at heart. Presents opened, church visited, wrapping recycled and turkey in oven all by 10am. I hope this is open to newbies? i was up at a respectable 7.30 got the usuall stuff pants sock and smellies kids loved there presents oldest (two) loves his rockin horse and remote car youngest (10 months) loves the paper and boxes why do i bother spending all that on presents so they can play with the boxes?

nearly 9 before they got up its all quiet here 2 youngest are unwell so there not as lively the boxes have gone and the floors clear lol and i dont even have to make dinner my mums doing that for me :wacko:

Eldest loves her crystal growing kit, Middle lad loves his criss cross crash (car thing) and super badge maker (got me making designs on computer already. youngest Dora explorer bus.

 

Wife so far loves her hair straightners and the thought that I will be doing the cooking today :)

 

Ah well there is always the beer to make time fly, will be opening presents from various family members after dinner while watching hogfather.

two boys up at 0700,,,,sent back to bed,,,,all up at 0822,,,,which is not bad,,,,,I remember getting up at 0300 ,,,,, :wacko: ,,,,,,,,,,,

 

oldest girl got a mobile plus loads of make up and smelly stuff and clothes,,,,,(17)

oldest boy got remote control car and varies gamecube games and clothes etc ,,(15)

youngest boy got loads of ps2 games and a load of CFC gear and clothes,,,,(11)

youngest girl got loads of bratz dolls, clothes, mp3 and varies other fluffy toys and clothes,,,,(9)

 

ME i got the whole James Bond collection including casino royale :lol: and I bought myself a portable dvd player with freeview,,,(for work) :wacko: :)

wifey got what she wanted,,,,loads a money and chocolates and smelly stuff

 

And the House got a new PC

my son got new stereo 4 his bedroom.ps2 games,arsenal bits,new mobile phone etc

my daughter 15.got loads of new clothes and cash

my grandson aflie 1years old.got so much it was mad.but as already said(likes the boxes more)

 

my grandaugter just over a week old.got toys/clothes/etc..

 

i got new slippers also lol/dvds.cds/new digi camera well happy with that,take some better pics of the galaxy :rolleyes:

 

looking forward to dinner..yum yum

 

boxing day will be mad got about 15 peeps over

Hello and merry xmas all,

 

Oldest daughter (13) up at 4 am switched on all lights and shouted merry xmas, got shouted at and then returned at 7 am to do the same. youngest daughter (5) and only son (18 months) had to be wakened at 7.30.

 

Pressies outgrew the living room floor and sofa... with the laptop and clothes being the main stuff for oldest, new bike nintendo ds bratz stuff etc for the youngest daughter and ride on digger, cars thomas tank stuff for my son.

 

9.45 and i left the house looking like a bombsite for work and will be looking forward to 18.00 to get home and stuck into xmas dinner.

 

I got an ipod and my wife got clothes perfume and money.

oldest got a nintendo ds plus various games(the little gits better then me on the brainiac one)plus ps2 games,smellies,new stereo clothes etc etc etc etc oh and dosh

 

middle 1 got a half share with the youngest of a new tele,plus a ps2 plus hughmungous amount of games plus clothes and dosh etc etc

 

youngest got half a tele :P plus alsorts of games,dosh and various dressing up clothes so every 15 mins hes either superman,batman,some chap outa star wars or various other ones hes got,and every set hes had on he acts accordinaly :D he was 4 2 days ago so he keeps playing with all his birthday bits and bobs,place looks like a bomb site :P

 

better half got rather expensive smellies and make up(then said to me in 17 years its the first time ive bought make up she really wanted then added a sting in the tail by saying was i trying to tell her summit :D )WOMEN U JUST CANT WIN :lol: :lol: oh and clothes and dosh.

 

me i got shirts jumpers expensive smellies and wait for it...............yep socks :16:

 

and once i stuffed the old bird we then had turkey :16: and all the trimmings

This aft my youngest went out on her new bike..loves it to bits...whilst number 3 of 4 (5 yrs), she went out with her remote controlled pink VW Beetle!!..loves it!! :rolleyes:

 

Eldest has now transferred her affections to the Pixel Chix Mall which i got her , goes with all the other Pixel Chix stuff that she has. :lol:

 

My son now loves his solarplexus thingy where you have to keep a ball bearing on tracks in a sphere turning it all the time....im gonna have a go later.. :P

 

I zonked for a couple of hours then woke to a bomb site as the other half had sat watching telly whilst the kids had run riot :lol:

 

Sounds like everyones had a good day ..heres to a quiet eve!!

Update from Reading. All upstairs (apart from me) Oh My god!

 

Can anyone claim the perfect Christmas?

 

Our house - no lie.

 

1. Not up to early.

2. Kids love the presents.

3. All eat Xmas lunch, and pud.

4. Had a drink.

5. Played games.

6. Phoned mum (and in law) (both Dads passed away)

7. Had a drink, put cheese and pineapple on sticks, put sausage rolls and pizza in oven (yes it was on. :rolleyes: )

8. Played more games.

9. Put kids to bed after they did puzzle mags and TV.

10. Kissed wife. Wife goes to bed.

11. Put kids back to bed

11. Watched Billy Conelly.

13. Put kids back to bed.
